I had this one yesterday.
Yet again an oft repeated poll - and how do they expect us to know if they are ‘genuinely concerned’ ? - how the heck can they have genuine concern about hundreds and thousands of Amazon’s businesses.

I can count on the fingers of one hand the number of these polls that allowed for any sort of meaningful response.
As you say, they are mostly about ‘my’ perception of what Amazon is or isn’t up to.
If they actually asked us to point out how Amazon could improve its service to us I’d be quite keen to answer.
As it is I usually tick the neutral option just to make them go away.

Pretty much EVERY poll they put up gets a 1 star from me and a comment telling them why. They’re all ridiculous questions. Amazon doesn’t give a stuff about sellers. Don’t know why I bother tbh. Cos even if everyone gave them a 1 star, they’d spin it as they’re doing a great job anyway.

Amazon is exposed for all to see it’s true nature, naturally the propaganda machine is put to work. Anyone who believes it’s actually a poll that has any meaning needs a reality check.

We reported a number of abuses and this is the email we had back:-
Amazon is committed to maintaining a safe and secure trading environment and takes potential abuse of our policies seriously. We have investigated the issue you have bought to our attention. For reasons of account privacy, I cannot notify you of the outcome but appropriate action has been taken.
Yet the saga still continues. A group of users abuse the platform with their fictitious reviews, false claims and continued dishonesty.

It’s not about seeking information, it’s putting a “positive” statement about Amazon in front of you every time you look at your seller home page.
