Valid tracking rate - orders incorrectly flagged

I received an email from Amazon saying my valid tracking rate had fallen below 95%. Thought it odd because I always either buy shipping label from Amazon, or add tracking number. Downloaded report from Account Health, they had flagged 4 orders. I checked them, all of them have tracking numbers added, all the tracking numbers were correct, and in all cases the Royal Mail website recognized the tracking number and showed the item as delivered. The shipping service in all cases was 2nd class small parcel or large letter. I sent message to support to complain, including screenshots of the Royal Mail tracking website showing each parcel delivered. I just get an auto-reply, within seconds, claiming to have “reviewed my email” and then just giving me the text from Amazon’s webpage on VTR. The only reference to any option to appeal is if my account is suspended for low VTR. Do I really have to wait until my account is suspended before Amazon does anything?

On your VTR report does it have the tracking number, and yes in the “has tracking ID” column?

If so then it should be ok as they are being validated behind the scenes.

No idea why some show up there when they have a scan, maybe some breakdown in communication somewhere .
