Would I lose an A-Z if…
I’ve had a customer message me to say they haven’t received their order. However the order was sent Royal Mail 2nd class Signed For. The tracking information (uploaded when order was dispatched) shows the order was delivered today (24/12/21) at 12:04. If the customer filed an a-z what’s the likelihood of me successfully defending it?

Very very slim ATM unless Amazon have clicked that the customer is a serial fraudster.
But currently most sellers have reported an huge increase of both A-Z and instant refunds with proof of delivery.

Message the customer back, stating the tracking information and giving them link to the RM tracking, so they can see for themselves.
Also state that RM now use GPS co-ordinates to verify delivery - that sometimes flushes out the buyers who are trying it on !
As for an A-Z - who knows - some appeals work, others don’t.

This was a friend’s template, and it works . . .
This order (ORDER NUMBER) was shipped on SHIP DATE by COURIER NAME & SERVICE with Tracking Number TRACKING NUMBER and was delivered to the named recipient - NAME HERE - on DELIVERY DATE at TIME.
The confirmation of the delivery can be viewed at DIRECT LINK TO WEBSITE TRACKING RESULT.
I hope it helps though before Covid it’d also have referred to the signature.
Send it the buyer then as the appeal for any A-Z.
“delivered to the named recipient” this may need to be edited if the receiving Name is different.
Good Luck.
