FBM return questions
I have just has my very first FBM return authorized (I have been selling FBA for a few years and recently added an FBM product).
My question is, what is this process now? Do I wait until the item is returned and then click the yellow ‘issue refund’ button? Do I refund it right now? Do I have to cover the buyers return postage, and if so how do I know what this cost was for them? What is the ‘complete’ button for?

Just wait till you have it back and then refund. Unless of course it’s a returnless refund.

Did you have to authorise the refund or was it auto authorised by Amazon?

This will depend on the return reason, and to a lesser extent, the category the product is in. Also, if its all automated - amazon will take care of this under refund at first scan.
