2 Returns - Both Opened
Hi Guys
I have received 2 returns.
1 has been opened & box returned empty
The other has had the tags removed & been used.
Obviously I will not be refunding the full amount but any advice would be helpful.
Do I contact the buyers via other means?

Inspect the returns and refund minus the cost of loss of value compared to a new item.
It’s up to you, whether you will contact the buyers to let them know why you decided to only issue a partial refund or not. But you should be prepared that they will then open an A-Z claim.

Do contact buyers by all means, but be very clear that any reduction is due to the condition of the return.
PS This will not exclude you from an A-z afterwards but reasonable buyers will understand.

His kid ordered & emptied the box & said this was what was in it.
He has let it be
