Pending orders not clearing

Morning all,

I am an FBA sellers and have 6 orders still pending, the longest dating back 2 days. This is very unusual for me and I don’t suspect any fraud as the orders came in legit and haven’t changed the sales pattern. Also, one was a business order.

Anyone else have an issue?

Cheers

Pending orders can take quiet a long time to come through or disappear… I think the longest one i’ve had so far has been about a week.

Hi Gofile

Like Didys_Dad, I’ve had pendings for up to a week, but in another thread Kika observed the following…

" …once you exceed a certain sum (your hidden limit), your Seller Account will undergo a velocity review during which Amazon will determine whether to grant you an increase depending on your performance history:

https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/help.html/?itemID=G200320980&ref_=ag_G200320980_h_r0_cont_sgsearch "

So you may be undergoing such a review and have orders marked ‘pending’ as a consequence

Hope that helps

Brian

Please note that Pending orders are normal and can remain in this state for weeks.

There is usually an issue with the buyer’s card as the order won’t go through without Amazon being able to place a hold on a sum corresponding to the order total. Or if it’s a FBA order, it could be Amazon processing the order longer than usual.

Here you can learn more about Pending orders:

This is normal. Also I find they tend to build up over the weekend… You need to have a look at the stated delivery times on the items ordered… If, for example, some of your orders are Small and Light stock they might not be delivered until Wednesday and Amazon won’t process them all weekend into Monday early AM normally… same if the deliver time is longer based on the customers location, payment pending…
