Last straw?
Amazon seller with two years inder my belt here… My new listing has been deactivated by Amazon (knife restriction for a chopping board product - the bulk files for this node do not contain the necessary field to update the listing to restruictted to 18+ customers; it is also missing from the listing creation pages/ tabs).
For 3 weeks I have raised tickets, searched, explained the problem over and over but I get the same responses from Seller Support
- warm words about how they take my issue seriously (etc)
- the same copy and pasted ‘solution’ that does not address the main issue
Do any old hands have any advice on how to fix this problem if seller support is unable to? I am losing the will to live dealing with them on this.

Is that an error message from a file upload?
If so, you need to raise a specific file upload case, then get them to escalate internally.
I’ve actually found that if you get past initial support, you can get an actual answer.
