No payment
Hi, I’ve never had this problem before, so I was wondering if anyone out there can advise me.
I sold a book Thursday this week, posted it yesterday and filled in details on ‘confirm shipment’ in exactly the same way as I always do. Later yesterday, I notice that my Amazon account balance has not increased accordingly. My weekly disbursement went into my bank acc. this afternoon, and still nothing connected with this book appears in that payment, nor still in my Amazon seller account.
I know Amazon fees are high, but a book sold for £23 and cost me £4 ish to post should still show something after more than 24 hours?
I cant find a way to investigate and the bots keep referring my questions to methods of Amazon payments, which is no help.
If anyone can tell me how to set about making an enquiry to Amazon, I’d be grateful.
