GTIN Exemption Problem

I’ve signed up as a seller. Initially it wouldn’t accept my debit card, with no obvious reason as I saw the 1 EUR charge on there, its still there. Added a credit card instead and now its verified for all EU markets.

I am now stuck trying to list a product without a Product ID, if I apply for GTIN Exemption it just says

You have been approved to list products in the brand and category displayed below. You can start listing these products after 30 minutes.

Ive waited for hours and then when I go to list in that category it asks or the Product ID and wont let me save the listing.

Support said I should have a case open, but there’s no case for exemption.

Anyone has similar happen to them?
