Greetings - hopefully things are going well for Q4.
I am hoping if sellers here or AMZ moderators are able to help with an urgent issue.
Our non-Amazon affiliated delivery partner delivered our consignment of 1 pallet from UK to Amazon DE (FC WRO5), but under a wrong Shipment ID. It is the correct destination FC but a wrong shipment ID. It must be mentioned that the wrong shipment ID used is also of our company (it is a previously cancelled shipment ID of ours that they had in their system cache). We are the manufacturers on this product so we have no supplier invoice. We do have an export invoice and a packing list.
I have been having a tough time explaining this to seller support who are unable to grasp that this does not require a manufacturers invoice. What is even more shocking is that they keep giving cookie-cutter responses and closing the case.
Is there an Amazon Admin here who can help? I can provide the Case ID.
The pallet is sitting in the correct FC. It just needs an FBA team member to identify it and connect it to the correct shipment ID. Given the volume of goods faced by Amazon warehouses this error must not be unique. We do apologise but it is an honest mistake.
Kindly help if possible.
