Seller Support advised my account may never be opened
Hey,
My account has been suspended due to verification purposes but since then I have provided all the information they need for them to be able to verify me.
I spoke to seller support and they advised me my account may not ever be opened as it has been 10 days and I have not had a reply from them so just take it as it will not be opened.
Can this be true?

Ignore what seller support tell you, invariably they are wrong.
You just need to wait until you get a response.

The documents I sent across are:
My Business bank statements in PDF format
My bank statement from which my Amazon seller fee comes out from in PDF format
My Drivers licence front and back in PDF format
My business Current Appointments report
My business Memorandum of Association
Are these documents sufficient for them to verify me and reactivate my account?
