We are currently considering selling a product categorized as Infant Support Cushion on Amazon FBA USA, and wish to fully comply with CPSC requirements regarding "Postage-Paid Product Registration Card Attached to Product".

As a French company with no physical presence in the United States, I am unsure how to comply with the postage-paid card requirement. I have several questions:

1. How does the postage-paid system work for foreign manufacturers?

2. Do I need to set up an agreement with a U.S.-based postal service or carrier to provide pre-paid return service ?

3. Since I do not have a physical address in the U.S., where should the completed registration cards be returned?

4. Do you have any recommendations for companies that provide this kind of service?

My account been deactivated without any warning or notification. Firstly my seller offer deactivated, Reagrding this I have contacted the team how to activate? The team team guid with necessary step but after some minutes my account is deactivated. I don't know why? Team is asking for the invoice of recently listed product. I provide the invoice in which mentioned all details mentioned which they required but they are saying insuffucient information for reactivation. I have tried 5-10 times but everytime I got the same response. Please review that and let me know how to proceed and exactly what they want.

What are my options for collecting the remaining money I have left over from having my account deactivated? I have $15,000 locked up for approximately a year because I’m under the terms of a chapter 13 business agreement on Amazon. The agreement states that I sold merchandise without a letter of authorization from Samsung to sell their cellphones, which led to my account deactivation.

I’m at a loss and can’t find a way out of this situation.

I do not want to reactivate my Amazon account, I just want the funds residing inside.
