I’m urgently seeking help.
I accidentally clicked “Transfer Account” in the Business Information section of Seller Central UK. I did not mean to change the legal entity, and I did not submit any new owner info.
Now my account is stuck in a compliance freeze, and I can't:
Access support
Update billing info
Use my dashboard normally
Every action redirects me to this broken error page:

I’ve tried:
Calling support
Emailing seller-verification@ and seller-performance@
Logging in from different countries
Clearing cache, switching browsers
Nothing works — and I’m fully locked out. This is causing serious disruption to my business.I’m the rightful owner and just need help fixing this mistake.
If any moderators or sellers have resolved this before — your advice is deeply appreciated.
