Holiday mode turning itself on
Hi,
I’ve been selling on Amazon for about ten years now and hve encountered a problem never seen before. I wondered where all the orders were and found out that the Holiday Mode had been turned on. None of us had done it and even worse it will not reset in the usual way.
Any ideas anyone. I’ve tried to contact Amazon but they’re closed now.

Despite what some will say on here… This does happen.

I might just suggest to seller support when I contact them tomorrow, that Amazon should do a full reboot with all the strange stuff we are seeing today!

This happened to me too for the first time this year. I didn’t bother reporting it because Amazon just don’t believe these things can happen and have complete faith in their systems.
