Customer return fraud
Hi, a customer has claimed I sent them the wrong product which I knew not to be the case, and has now returned this product and the product is 100% not mine - it is a European product that I do not sell. What can I do please? I am worried Amazon will do their normal thing and side with the customer even though I am 100% certain that this is fraud. Ideally Amazon should throw the customer off the Amazon system for stealing from suppliers. That is what I would like to happen (and to ensure he pays for the product I delivered). What do I need to do report this please? Do I wait for an A-Z claim? Worried that I have a 100% loss record on those. thanks

Returns now normally follow the Prepaid return label and refund at first scan process - so its possible the customer has already been refunded (you should check this first)
if the have been refunded through refund at first scan - you’d need to raise a Safe-T Claim with amazon.
If they haven’t been refunded through first scan - then you would need to process the refund and apply a refund reduction on the basis the return is materially different.
You’ll need to upload photos for both of the above scenarios.

Hello @Concino_Limited, as already mentioned by @osgood in this thread, can you please let us know if it was a refund at first scan?
