If the return is requested within the first 14 days and that return folowed through on in a “reasonable” time frame, then no, you eat the originalpostage costs.
If the return is requested after the first 14 days from delivery has passed then yes, you can deduct the original postage that the customer paid [which may not be the same as you had to pay] from the refund.
