Chargeback fraud
We have received one chargebacks today. orders were fulfilled and are fully delivered and for. orders the customers purchased from [https://www.amazon.co.uk, however amazon added in my account health in Order Defect Rate need help to address the issue please.
as a seller how can control charge back fraud.

Yes we given tracking information like date and courier name what ever asked.

I bet Amazon would never honour a chargeback if it isn’t bought with Amazon shipping.
If they will never validate legitimate tracking details in an AZ claim as we know, they certainly won’t do it in a chargeback situation.
