SOS! Amazon stolen my money, how can i get subcription back from Amazon!

Amazon charged my subcription fee several months ago without verifying my account successfully, so many case logs were opened, no one resolve the issue, but push me from one to another team. after long term discussion and follow their seller support instructions, by registering PAYONEER, contact their payment team and seller proven team, my money is gone!!! not yet return to my bank account, nor amazon account.

how can i get it back? anyone was stolen by them??

IF you are saying that you have been charged the monthly account fee then the simple way to put a stop to this is to downgrade your account.
When you signed up to a seller account you obviously did not select the “Individual” account type and have a “Pro” type at £30/month.
Go to seller central/settings/account info
then select scroll down the left to “Manage” " Your Services" and downgrade.
Open a case and explain that you selected this account type in error and request a refund for the fees that you have paid so far.

Amazon have not stolen this money from you, simply taken fees for a service that you signed up to but never utilised.
