Valid tracking Rate
Hi all
I’m still trying to get my head around this
We are running at 60% VTR however we use click and drop and changed over to ensure every product we ship has the 2D QR barcode thing on it however this has made no difference to our VTR
What is it we need to do?

Another new thread ?
When did you change over to click and drop ?
Are you using code CRL ?
Vtr lags by some weeks so your old shipments from approx 6 weeks ago will still be on there

We are having this issue with a threat to remove our items due to a low VTR, we spoke to an amazon call centre and they advised us to send all small items under £20 second class large letter, this way if the scan fails on Royal mail 48 its not an issue.
fast forward to day when i spoke to them and they are saying we were wrongly informed , every single package on Amazon needs to have tracking regardless of cost.
Heres the best bit, even though we use Royal mail click and drop and its intergrated into amazon, if the item is not scanned by the postie it counta against us. BUT>>>>>>>> if i purchase the same postage at a premium via Amazon even if its not scanned they will not class it as a failed delivery.
Amazon just want to take all of the PIE !

On my report today it has started to include Tracked 48 LBT which was posted on 03/08 and delivered on 05/08 !!
VTR is not fit for purpose

We sell to the same customer base as everybody else, if you ave found an area that is bad I would write to the delivery Office Manager and report it as a problem. My point about checking the labels with a QR scanner before posting a batch is still advisable to people with low VTR as it may not be the postman’s fault.

It appears Amazon has not followed their own policies. I have been using stamps/franking in the dropdown service and the systems fails to recognise this information. VTR is still 0% and the sales are dead altogether. So much for selling partner.
I have raised enquiry after enquiry no body at wants to help… it appears we are being pushed out and forced to send everything on a tracked service that they introduced.

So, the latest issue I have following a couple of weeks at 100% (Most sent 1st Class Stamps/Franking and occasionally 1st Class Signed For or Special delivery) is a that today my percentage has dropped.
When I check the report it shows an Invalid Item that has no entry at all in the ‘Delivery Method’ field. I process all my dispatches manually via Mange Orders and we all know that it is not possible to process the dispatch if we choose Royal Mail and leave the delivery service blank so how this happened I do not know

I still have one remaining ‘invalid’ on my VTR, even though it was posted via Buy Shipping (2nd class SP). It puts me at 0%.
The PDD is 15 July.
It’s a while since I’ve checked my VTR and I’ve actually forgotten how to work out when the ‘invalid’ should drop off, exactly.
Can anyone remind me?

Just wanted to add only thing that has dropped off is hair of my head surround this issue.
I also had a thought as to weather to edit all the shipping from Royal Mail 2nd Class Stamps/Franking to Royal Mail Stamps/Franking

Pretty sure once everyone has got to grips with the farce that is VTR the goal posts will move again or maybe change into a basket ball hoop or more likely we will need to perform a 50 yard putt in a force 9 gale on a hole which at the top of Snowdon using a table tennis ball using a snooker cue with one arm tied behind our backs and blindfolded oh hang on is that the current process ?

But as someone who actually does post with stamps, it will then become frustrating when that option is closed all because others are having to use it as a loophole to cover for other stuff not working
