New A-Z craziness!
Has anyone else noticed that since Amazon changed to auto granting claims a few even more rubbish things are happening with A-Z claims. I have had several claims which I resolved with the buyer, the buyer withdraws the claim and this is shown in the normal way on the A-Z page then a few days later I get an email from Amazon saying they have granted the claim in favour of the buyer then when you contact Amazon they say there is no record of the claim being resolved. I’ve had to ask several customers to remove the claim twice and on one occasion three times which is obviously embarrassing and bad for business. I also find the fact that the buyer has to remove a claim and refund in two separate ways totally rubbish as well, many customers don’t understand or want to understand that they have to contact Amazon to reverse a refund and closing the claim won’t do this. Why do Amazon keep changing things to make them more useless?

I’m wondering if they have reversed the decision to auto grant A-Zs. I’ve had my first one in as long as I can remember (on a large letter, which of course has been tracked as delivered) where it wasn’t automatically granted and been given a chance to respond to it.
