Item sent using Amazon Buy Shipping.
Customer left negative feedback because there was an issue with the delivery service. Fair enough, however, inline with Amazon own policy, Sellers are protected against Negative feedback when a Seller purchases Amazon Buy Shipping.

'Negative Customer Feedback: If you dispatch on time with tracking via Buy Shipping, and the buyer leaves seller feedback solely related to delayed or undelivered packages, you can request to have the feedback reviewed. If approved, the impact of the feedback is removed from your Order Defect Rate, and the buyer’s comment will be displayed with a strike-through and the statement: The fulfilment issues associated with this order were not due to the seller. '
So, moderators, as you have done for myself and others before, can you please research this and get this negative removed/struck through.

Come on Mod's , this isn't fair at all, it has been 5 days now. You have previously overturned these exact same incorrect/unfair cases, so I'd appreciate the same level of service,
And only today I have received an other AZ case where the customer decided they didn't like the item (therefore Buyers remorse, Return Reason No 14) so the customer is responsible for the safe return of it.
To date, it has still not been returned to me and you have refunded in full, affected by ODR and he still has the item in his possession!
