VTR rate at 0% even though i buy labels
I buy all my postage through amazon well around 90% - my VTR is 0%
Ive had many many case logs - what am i doing wrong , i buy royal mail 1st class post - shouldn’t it update itself? i cannot seem to get anywhere ive added all my postage label costs to the case logs and said why doesnt all my postage count to VTR

If standard 1st and 2nd class that you buy on amazon, then they are exempt
The ones you don’t buy from amazon - the 10% are the ones causing the 0%
So you could send 10000000 orders and buy the postage through amazon - all these will be exempt
Then buy 1 parcel postage elsewhere and if doesn’t have valid tracking , your vtr will be 0% - 1 out of 1 invalid
