I submitted a number of selling applications for a branded item in the Watches category along with the accompanying invoice. The most recent case ID is 10050517692.
This most recent application was declined with the reason "We closed this case because you have submitted applications multiple times without providing new, updated, or required information. To appeal this decision, reply to this message and provide new documents for us to review. Do not submit a new application." Previous applications were declined with the reason "-- We cannot accept this Invoice because we are unable to verify the transaction with the supplier. Documents must be authentic and unaltered in order to be verified."
The invoice I submitted is fully compliant with the amazon information requirements when submitting the application and includes the contact information for the manufacturer and my business details. My invoices also have the brand name, SKU, EAN and barcode on them.
The company (Fossil) are the manufacturer for this brand and produce this and other items undeer licence and they are the only company a legit business sources these items from. I didn't even hide the price in an attempt to get it accepted.
I responded to the most recent rejection with the same invoice but so far everything feels very automated and full of scripted, canned responses without anyone actaully looking at my case.
I have had other selling applications approved but can't seem to get this one over the line.
Having read some other posts on this forum I can see that I am not the only person who has had this issue and that this can be a something that happens.
I would appreciate all and any advice and guidance with this.
