Had it with UPS, which courier do you guys recommend?!

Hi, after many issues with UPS and a complete lack of customer service, its time to look at an alternative courier. I sell items from £250 -£1500 value in the UK and into Europe and wondered if you had a decent reliable courier alternative to the absolute cretins at UPS?!

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend dpd. Very rarely have any issues with them and they are usually sorted quickly. As with most, a lot will depend on your account manager.

I receive a lot of parcels from Germany with DHL and they are good
