Document does not match selling account?
Whilst still awaiting account verification i have tried to get ungated, ive sent the documents in amd it says the do not match my sellers account, BUT THEY DO. Any one else had this problem

Apparently, they must all match EXACTLY, down to full stops and spaces. So Road on the document and Rd on your account (or on a different document) will cause a mis-match. Suggest you check everything very carefully and possibly get someone else to double-check: it’s easy to see what you expect to see and not what’s actually there
