Promotions On Products
Hi,
I am facing a issue with Amazon i am doing Amazon FBA Wholesale some orders get sold on low price for example if my price is £9.99 my product will get sold on £8.32 by random customers that can be a business or a normal customer can some one please guide me why this is happening and how i can stop this.
when i opened the order i can see the following details againt the order
Item subtotal:£8.32
Shipping Total:£2.99
Promotion:£2.99
Item total:£8.32
If my item get sold on promotion can i stop that or it’s just a normal thing with Amazon.

It’s not a promotion causing that price
£9.99 minus uk vat of 20% is £8.32
The 2.99 shipping and promotion wipe each other out
Presumably these are UK to EU sales or vice versa
If so, you need to set all sites to disabled in shipping programmes and export settings in fba settings
