I have faces very unfair situation. My client has been opened the claim. The situation of claim was not fair according to me. We have talked with client and he decided to close the claim because I have resolved his situation. Before the claim client did not wrote to me, so I even have no idea that he have a problem.
Client has been closed the claim, it do not impact my account rate - good.
Next day I see that claim is granted and it impact my rate. I have been wrote to support, I have sent the screenshot where status of the claim was closed. They have answered " we understand you but we are keeping our decision"
I have been wrote to client, and he closed claim again. And on the next day I again faces the situation that claim was granted and again impact my account rate. I again wrote to support. And the same answer.
This situation with this claim was 4 times!!! 4 times my client is closing claim but support is ignoring this.
We have resolved the situation with client, client do not see any problems and he wants to close the claim, but support is ignoring this fact. I am loosing my account rate because of this. And I really do not understand why amazon team is interesting to make my account rate bad. I really want the explanations because support is not answering to my question. I have copy paste answers and it seems that nobody is not researching my situation!!
