So being based in England we need a Northern Island based Responsible Person? We do not sell in the EU.
It would be good to know if a UK responsible person would be sufficient when selling into NI only, and not the rest of the EU.

I really can't see this being workable. The majority of listings on Amazon will need to be updated by sellers to show the responsible person, safety, warnings and images etc.
This is fine if you are a brand owner and manufacturer your own products but if you are not and buying direct from the manufacturer or wholesale it will not necessarily be easy to update the listing.
So I am assuming it is the manufacturer who has to appoint the Responsible Person? What happens if they don't do this in time or are just not bothered by it? How easy will it be to get this information for those sellers who buy directly from a wholesale source?
What happens to stock which is not labelled with this information? No manufacturer I know are currently labelling stock with the required information and I can't see this happening quickly.

There is an 'Image Manager' page on Amazon Seller Central, this has options to add extra images I think. I never knew this existed before now.

Uploading the images is not the problem. I only have a modest size inventory of around 1000 SKU's it will however take me a significant time to photograph each item and upload the images.
This said none of my current products have the necessary labels on as Manufacturers are not adding them at the moment.

The simplest solution here is that FBA simply introduce a button allwing every switch off FBA.
And Amazon needs to anounce the introduction of the off button for NI immediately to stop the stress being caused to thousands of sellers.

It would be helpful if Amazon can clarify that if we switch off FBM sales for Northern Ireland and EU that sellers will not be impacted by this. To expand on this if sellers are only selling to England, Scotland and Wales they will not be required to add responsible person information.
For FBA orders will it be possible to restrict sales to Northern Ireland going forward so that sellers are able to opt out of this regulation?
