i have not had any customers ask to return their items all year however ive just had 3 return requests in the last 3 days. Its gone mad.

The silly season is upon us (ie Christmas). People will buy, return, buy, return constantly because as prices fluctuate, (and they can return up until Jan 31st, 2022), they will always seek out the best price. Happens every year at this time…a lot.
