Potential Intellectual Property Misuse

Hello,
recently i started to get these Potential Intellectual Property Misuse they go under performance - Suspected Intellectual Property Violations.
There is no trademark/brand in reason column, while in “next step” column i find button “resolve” - when i push it i get to the page where is such info:
" You are contacting us regarding ASIN xxxxxx. This listing was removed for potential misuse of intellectual property.

If you believe your ASINs were removed in error, for example, because you believe your product is unrelated to any other intellectual property, select the corresponding contact reason below.

Note that deleting the listing from your inventory will not remove the listing from the Suspected Intellectual Property Violations page. Listings remain on the page for 180 days.

Select your reason for contacting:
My listing is unrelated to the brand listed in the Reason column."

So they only allow me to choose one reason of contact - that the item has nothing to do with the brand from the reason column - but as mentioned - there is noooo brand provided…

When there is other kind of issue, they state the brand, example:
Potential Trademark Logo Misuse (VOLKSWAGEN)
Potential Trademark Misuse (Tiguan)

I have tried to contact support on few of these already - no straight answer as always some random links to amazon policies and that i need to fix the listing to reinstate it or delete it…
But no answer on what brand name was the issue or how i could avoid these in the future.

Any suggestions? what you guys are using to know for sure that everything is fine with item you wish to list before listing it?
I have made some research found this page:

but when i try to upload photos to do the check up - from the listings that were blocked by amazon due these misuse - this website does not find any issues with the item - so how does amazon find that their are someone trademark - and again why they dont even show me who’s?

I have found some closed topics on forums that some accounts even got suspended due few asin’s that had similar issues as amazon did not accepted their appeal’s.

Any ideas on what such appeal should have if by any chance i would need to file such too?

Do any of you also getting such issues, how do you deal with them?
I’m on amazon for 2nd year now, and these started to pop up just half month or so, so i really do not know how to fix this issue.
