Outrageous Storage Fees every Month

Hi,

My account is being slapped with storage fees every month and I have paid almost €1000 in storage fees so far.

The number of units for all the ASINs in my account is 0 in the manage inventory page and due to this the listing is also not visible to anyone and therefore, I am also not able to make any sales.

I am also not able to dispose any of my ASINs because according to the manage inventory page the total number of units for all my ASINs is zero.

How can I solve this issue? Can someone please help me out in this situation? I have tried to chat with seller support multiple times and unfortunately, no one has helped out so far in this situation.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME?

Everything in my account is perfect, from VAT number to payments. But still the inventory seems to be zero in the mange inventory page for all my ASINs

Did you check the "Monthly Storage Fee", "Inventory Overage Storage Fee" and "Aged Inventory Surcharge" reports?

They should state what Items cause what cost in Detail.

If you open the menu on the top left of your seller central (the three lines) and navigate to "Reports" and "Fulfillment by Amazon".

There will be a list of available reports of all sorts. The Inventory-Fee related ones can be found under "Payments" on the left hand side.

Thanks for your help. I just downloaded the report from January 2025, there are about 594 units and the total storage fee is about €70 for the month.

This has been the case since July 2024. So paid about €600 for nothing. I am not able to make any sales since the inventory is 0 for all my ASINs on the manage inventory page. Due to this, the listing is not visible to the customers.

I have been paying a third party also to file the taxes every month. Amazon FBA is literally draining my bank account for some mistake in their end :(

Like @Seller_GTqqdSu8W19bDmentioned, I downloaded the Amazon fulfilment reports for Jan 2025 and the total units are about 593

I am not able to make any sales since the inventory is 0 for all my ASINs on the manage inventory page. Due to this, the listing is not visible to the customers :(

In order for your inventory to be displayed in the SC, you must first ensure DAC7 compliance. More information can be found here.
