Below, I'm sharing an update regarding the SFP delivery dates for the Easter 2024.
Thank you for raising this issue. We experienced some delivery disruptions over the recent Easter bank holiday weekend due to a temporary configuration error in our systems. This led to some orders not accounting for the Easter holidays.
This issue has been resolved and the necessary adjustments have been made. Your delivery performance metrics have been adjusted to ensure this issue has not impacted them. Future bank holidays will not face this issue so you can proceed as usual.
We are aware of the ongoing issue with SFP weekend pickups, and we are working to resolve it. I will keep you updated in this thread.

Thank you for this. it is not really your job though to resolve, but appreciated someone at Amazon listens and understands the problem Amazon have caused.
When a Seller tells SS, they should have looked into this weeks ago, and told us they are aware of the issue and it will be resolved, not fob us all off, with generic replies as if we do not know what we are doing.

Yes Saturday is a delivery day for all of Prime orders
but then we just had an order come through
sfp next day delivery (so ship today 17th - delivery 18th)
the ship.amazon system "sold" us a 2 day shipping label. ?
and as it is an Amazon Shipping label - it has the maximum delivery date printed on it - 18th
something is still broken!

Yep, it's happening again, orders coming through as ship by Monday instead of Sunday.

Just to re-iterate this is a serious issue
As customers browsing on Amazon are not being offered Sunday*/Monday* delivery (*delete where applicable) delivery that we as sellers have priced our offers to include the cost of.
It also is affecting our shipping volumes - in fact we had a warning yesterday from Amazon Shipping due to the fall in daily averages. Will that be taken care of?
What do we do - when is it supposed to be fixed?
We have just had an order
placed at 15:13 Friday 17/05/2024
and it is a next day prime delivery order
despatch by Sunday, delivery Monday.
(back how it should be)
can other seller-fulfilled-prime sellers check and see if it is correct for them now.
We have had one second day to be shipped tomorrow for delivery Tuesday!
and this one just came through

to arrive by Monday

Prime orders are showing ship by Sunday. Hopefully this issue isn't repeated for the next bank holiday!
Our ones are doing the same, only took Amazon a few weeks to fix the issue and intervention from the Forum, as SS kept ignoring.
Thank you for your help @Julia_Amzn - but really SS should do their job 1st time and fixed the issue when someone first reported. In fact it should have been tested when IT altered, and not happened at all

Having checked our SFP order for today, we can see 0 orders are due to be shipped by today.
There are at least 17 orders placed after 4pm on Friday, all with a ship by date on Monday, despite our collection date and shipping settings set for Sunday pick up and dispatch.
It seems that we're still facing the consequences of this issue and it is impacting our weekend sales.
Please can you assist?
