Why Amazon remove 5800Euro from my account without any notice to me in advance

Hi,

At 14th July, Amazon removed 5800 Euro directly from my account only with a list “Other”. I wonder what happened and where did the 5800Euro do? Since my account is stopped. there is no method to present a appeal. It’s urgent! Please help!

Our company doesn’t plan to open the amazon store any more. Our company finance department required me to explain the money matter. Please direct me to whom that can help! Much appreciated!
