Seller account disabled due to valid tracking rate
I have sent most of my items with 48 hour tracked, the odd low value items were sent standard and yet Amazon have took it upon themselves to stop my selling activity,

something is wrong then
screenshot your VTR defect report
and the suspension performance notification as VTR should only suspend the odd category - not your whole account

How were you despatching those as well? Was it using Buy Shipping - or Stamps/Franking?
Seller_7VbclcPFFRTnc
are you buying your postage at the post office ?
Seller_kHIYvQFgzwVAy
It was bought on click and drop but it was posted at the post office. but no tracking numbers as they were standard

Was it a letter or a large letter or parcel ?
Personal click and drop or business ?
Seller_kHIYvQFgzwVAy
personal click n drop and large letter, i used to use business click n drop but they overcharged on my account. like charged twice the price of a personal user

There should be a delivery confirmation number either on the receipt or the postage label itself .
You need to enter it
Is the c&d account linked to amazon? Looks like it is as it states std uk dom 1
Seller_kHIYvQFgzwVAy
yeah its linked, but there is no data as far as I can see.

I’m assuming that I need to write up a POA for the appeal?

Is there an option in integration settings on c&d to upload delivery confirmation numbers to amazon ? Is it ticked?
Are these all your orders ? Or were others OK and if so, were they LLs too or Parcels?
Seller_7VbclcPFFRTnc
Yes you will but you need to get to the bottom of why these are invalid so it doesn’t do it again

The issue is I used the standard postal service which is like buying a stamp from the post office, so it had zero tracking on it, I was using 48 hour tracked for a lot which costs around £2.70 and a few items were sold too cheap to use 48 hour tracked, but clearly pointless in the end.

Standard should still have a delivery confirmation number if they are LLs over 100g
Going forward, you are probably just best buying standard 2nd class postage from amazon
It’s the same price (cheaper if parcels) than the PO and all postage bought from amazon is automatically OK for vtr
