Hi,
I must say I am really disappointed at the sellers’ customer service team if there is even a thing like that. My account was suspended from the very first day of opening my sellers’ account. I have sent every document requested from me by amazon and more and yet my account is still suspended. Is there anyway I can talk to anyone? My emails have all been Ignored. Mind you I have been charged £30 FBA fee and I have not been able to do anything on my account for almost a month now. Can anyone help, please? Apologise for the rant.

Please check out the multiple other threads about the exact same issue.
First of all you need to downgrade your account from Professional to Individual Selling Plan, and as you have not sold anything yet, contact Seller Support and request a refund of the Pro fee.
It does seem that all new sellers signing up are experiencing the same as you, and apparently it can take days/weeks, even months to be verified.

I am sorry to hear that your Seller Account was suspended shortly after registration and that you are getting charged a monthly fee.
Regarding the fee, this indicates that you signed up for the Professional Selling Plan (rather than Individual), even if it wasn’t your intention and this was done by a mistake.
If you would like to stop getting charged and downgrade your current plan, please follow this link and click on “Downgrade”:
In addition, you can request a refund of any previously charged monthly fees by opening a case with the Seller Support following the downgrade, however this will only work once your account is in a good status and not suspended.
Regarding the suspension, if you already provided Amazon all requested documents and information, you can only wait for them to review your submissions and get back to you. This can take anything from a few days to weeks.
