i have been on the SFP Trial for almost 1 year, and have always done as requested.

Ship same day

Use tracked 24 Royal Mail

and operate on weekends

But we have never graduated from the trial, i have tried the normal useless channels and even MD email.

How on earth do i get this sorted?

One issue we have got is Prime Orders in Ireland, not sure how to exclude them as next day/Royal Mail 24 is not an option.
