I'm hopeful that someone can finally assist me with this ongoing issue.
Back in March 2024, I initiated a case regarding my FBA shipment, which consisted of three pallets containing 5,920 units. This shipment was reported lost by the Amazon Fulfillment Center. Although it was delivered by Amazon's partner carrier, Kuehne + Nagel, and I have provided the tracking ID number, my FBA dashboard still shows only a "shipped" status. Amazon claims they never received the shipment, yet my carrier has provided proof of delivery, including the name of the individual who signed for it at the fulfilment center.
I have been tirelessly contacting seller support, repeatedly opening cases, and providing the requested documentation. Recently, I even submitted invoices for this shipment upon request. However, the responses I receive from seller support are generic and claim that my case is resolved.
Can anyone please help?
