Amazon suspend our Seller account because of Amazon Pay Account

Hello ,

Amazon deactivated our seller accounts because of Amazon Pay Account which we are not using it.

When i called them they said Anazon Pay account team deactivated our seller accout then we sent email to amazon pay account team they said they are not able to find my account with provided email.

Even we received email from amazon pay account on same email but still they are replying they are not able to find my email , even we received emails from amazon on same email address.

We are helpless now, i do not know what to do now. They are saying first reinstate amazon pay account then seller account reinstate but we are unable to login our amazon pay account because we did not used it since started.

We are hopeless now. Is there anyone who can help us. Please advise what to do now?

Please help me , i have provided all the proof by email but still not able to login our amazon pay account. Please hel us , it is humble request to Amazon Team.

Thanks for your post. My name is Oliver and I want to help you with your suspended account. You explain that your seller account is blocked due to the relation with the Amazon Pay Account.

The process is exactly as you wrote:  first reinstate amazon pay account then seller account reinstate. If you can't access Amazon Pay account anymore, then please send an email from the Amazon Pay email to  amazon-pay-seller-confirmation@amazon.de to explain what went wrong with the amazon pay account.

Only if the block on Amazon Pay can be solved do you have a chance to reactivate the seller central account.

Thanks for your reply, I have almost sent email 1 months before and explained them everything but still i did not get any reply from them.

Last week again i sent them email on amazon-pay-seller-confirmation@amazon.de but still no respond.

Please help me , it is almost 3 months now. But i am not getting any positive response from amazon. If you guys will not reply then how we can reinstate the accounts.

Please help me, it is my humble request to you.

Thanks for your reply. I have already sent email on 05.april 2024 but still did not get any response.

Again sent email on 27.april 2024 still no reply.

Could you please tell me how many months i need to wait ?

Hi Ar_Razzaaq_044,

I`m real sorry to hear that the team has not answered you yet. They will. I cannot say however, how long this will take, but they will answer you. Meanwhile, if you mail them again, please make sure you mail them form the email account connected with your selling account and add your merchant token number which can be found in the account information pages under business information.

Another thing you might try is to try and login to the old payments account and choose the option "forgot password" so that you can try to gain access to it using that option.

As Oliver said before, the account can only be reactivated if you first reactivate the "old" payments account.

I really hope you will see this solved quickly now, please keep me informed.

Thanks for your reply, exactly i sent email them with the same account which amazon saying connected with seller account.

And how i can add merchant token without login the account of amazon pay account thats the problem i am not able to login my amazon pay account and when i do forgot password, it says there is no account associate with this email address but i got activation email on same accoutn last year when i made amazon pay account.

Please help me to resolve my issue , it is almost 3 months now but no reply from amazon.

If i am not able to login my Amazon Pay Account how i can resolve the issue without login.

Please forward my case to concern team it would be great help please.

Kindly advise the team again via e-mail that you can't acees your merchant token details.

You can join us in a class action lawsuit against Amazon if they hold your money and you sent the goods or if there are indications that they discriminate against you for trading on the platform.
