Randomly GATED
Hello
Has anyone experienced this with the Elizabeth Arden brand.
After months of selling this product line with NO issues or violations my eligibility was just revoked.
Seller support has been ROBOTIC, they simply copy and pasting comments and don’t actually invetigate the issue.
No email from AMZ, No reasons given as to the sudden changed.
Products simply has become stranded. Strange thing is that I sell 5 products from this brand, 3 asins have been blocked/inactive whereas I am still alowed to sell the other 2.
I am not able to request for approval because the approval link provided is broken.
Apparently page not found.
There are multiple FBA/FBM still selling the product, some with newer accounts than mine.
Has anyone encountered anything like this before.

the brand themselves may have contacted amazon to gate it for some reason
Do you have an LOA from the Brand direct - and not from a wholesaler etc

Are you sure the listings you list against are branded Elizabeth Arden. Looking at random listings there are still plenty of sellers on these listings so not everyone has been gated.
Also where your items brought direct from a wholesaler or purchased through a retailer such as Boots.

Hello CT_Ltd!
Thanks for reaching out on the Seller Forums.
Would you mind sharing with me the case ID you opened with Seller Support so I can check the details?
Best,
Maja

I was under the impression third party sellers were not allowed to sell Elizabeth Arden on Amazon, maybe the brand are tightening this up, If you check the list of brands not allowed you will find they are on there, so you were lucky to have been able to sell it thus far.

[3 WEEKS LATER] After paying to get all my stranded inventory removed, amazon has now Ungated me to sell all products from that brand.
