And Another Return
So is there anything that can be done when a buyer opens a return stating Description on website was not accurate, when it is very accurate and his comment is: not satisfied!
This buyer has bought the same item several times as well so to me he's changed his mind and is abusing the returns so that we pay for this return.
Also anyone else seen a surge in returns lately. Its getting to the point where I'm looking to pull off Amazon as buyers seem to be {Moderator Edit inappropriate comment }.
Lastly is there anyway to block buyers like there is on eBay?

all you can do is raise safe-t claims once the item is returned stating incorrect return code used. You’ll need to provide photos of the returned item and Amazon should refund the return postage costs.
No you can’t ban buyers on Amazon.

I had a surge in returns a month or so ago but it seems to have calmed down a bit now.
With incorrect return reasons all you can do is raise a SAFE-T Claim once you have received the order to claim the return postage back off Amazon.

If you get a surge of returns usually means high refund rate which that affects your metrics.

I've also had a flurry of returns.
I'm FBM, so I always choose an unpaid return label.
Some people complain, of course, so I say something like "Return postage will be refunded according to Amazon's terms and conditions"
Very few bother returning the items. My items are low price, however.

We also have issues with returns.We sell protective cases and you can buy separately TSA latches that only fit a specific brand, the description is accurate, but buyers keep buying the TSa latches and returning them when they find out that it doesn't fit the case they have, leaving a bad rereview. I have requested Amazon to change the title but nothing have been done. two days ago 4 TSA latches were purchased and the 4 of them were returned to us.

These days, eBay and TikTok sellers are engaging in a new form of dropshipping by purchasing items from Amazon and then opening return requests to get refunds without actually returning the items. This has become a new business model, and Amazon is not willing to help us address this issue.
