IP Complaint Selling a Genuine Item on a non-official ASIN

Hi,

I have received an IP violation for a genuine product I’m selling, I have an invoice from an authorised supplier to show this.

I contacted the rights owner who was helpful and explained that I should list the item under the official ASIN and my listing was removed because it was under another ASIN.

Given this how should I appeal the complaint, would the invoice be enough?

Looking for some general advice, have not sold much and am very new to the platform.
Thank you

I have had the same/similar situation. Someone has created a listing with a barcode from the tin, but an incorrect brand name.
I have listed against it as the barcode was correct, but Amazon removed the listing and punished me with “Potential Trademark Logo Misuse”.

I have tried to explain for some time, but it was like banging your head on the wall so I gave up.
