How long do refunds take

I have refunded a customer, as i dont need the item back, she is moaning she has not got it. how long is normal before the customer gets her money back

Depending how quickly its happened between buying and refund she may never have been charged for the item before it was refunded so then there isn’t 2 separate transactions
