Bulk Royal Mail Claims
Hi Everyone,
Previously, we have only made the odd claim and used the online claim process.
However, we are now going to be making in the excess of 130 claims for mail that we handed over in Mid December and is still sat at Heathrow and not going anywhere soon.
Is there a bulk claim method via a Spreadsheet or similar.
I am waiting back on a reply from our account manager, her original email pointed us towards the online claims process, plus i couldn’t find anything on the RM website.

If you are using a business account (which I guess you are as you talked about an account manager) there is a spreadsheet.
There is an online claim form for up to 10 items, or a spreadsheet for over 51 items

Once you click on “Royal Mail Business Account item claims” it expands to offer you the links
Just download the spreadsheet and follow the instructions, it has the email you need to send it to etc

I don’t think there is a bulk claim method I’m afraid.
Can I ask you about your current shipping methods, are you planning to go back to Royal Mail for international orders? I ship liquids, so I really have no other option, but it is very hard to see a future with Royal Mail at the moment.
