Lost Buy Box (Featured Offer) MEGATHREAD

I'm getting nowhere with Seller Support (Live Chat & Phone), made a ticket asking for escalation, E-Mailed CEO's office and got a pretty rude reply, I'm at a total loss as to what to do. I have lost the buy box for ALL of my key products and best sellers, I am the brand owner, I am the only offer.

I am stunned at how little support there is from Amazon, I knew it was bad but I had no idea it was THIS BAD. Absolutely no transparency what-so-ever, nothing on performance notifications, account health is perfect, no violations, I am enrolled on the new Account Health Assurance scheme (which gave me peace of mind for all of 3 days).

With the CEO's office giving me the cold shoulder, seller support sending me links to 'Seller University', spending in excess of 10 hours trying almost everything on my account blindly, I'm at a complete loss sitting here with next to no sales. So my last resort is this... a mega thread... I'm hoping with enough people complaining about the issue, Amazon MAY acknowledge this problem as a bug/glitch before I have to file for bankruptcy (no exaggeration) and when they do, I also expect no apology or compensation.

In relation to your featured offer issue I can confirm this has been reviewed by our technical team who confirmed the fix as the override has been granted,

All your listings should be now eligible for the featured offer / buy box privileges,

I would recommend anyone who sees this please email CEO's office managingdirector @ amazon (.co.uk) for a quicker resolution until there's a permanent fix in place!

My company sells on Amazon in Germany, and we're facing the same issue as many other sellers here. Our Featured Offer rate has dropped significantly, from around 43% to just 2%.

This dramatic decrease has caused our sales to plummet, leading to severe cash flow problems that could result in bankruptcy if the issue isn't resolved soon.

You are our last hope to resolve this situation, as my team and I have tried everything. We've contacted Amazon Seller Support multiple times via chat, email, and calls. We've also emailed the managing director at Amazon (managingdirector@amazon.co.uk). Unfortunately, everyone keeps redirecting us to someone else, leaving us with no resolution.

Here are the details of the problem:

Our business model is Amazon FBA Wholesale. Our account had a consistent Featured Offer rate of around 43% throughout the month, but this suddenly dropped to 2% on November 22, 2024, and has remained at that level. Since then, our sales have decreased dramatically—from selling around 120 units per day to just 20 units now.

Account health 220, IPI 518 - everything seems normal.

I have Gone from 1000 featured offers to 0 featured offers - over 400 of them being FBA and cheapest and 54% featured offer until thursday morning.

My Account health score is 1000. Feedback is 97%. No pricing errors. 0.27% Order defect rate. No chargeback claims. 98.8% valid tracking rate (some letters are not tracked).

We have asins where we are cheapest and offers are fba but we are not featured. Other sellers are more expensive than us on same offering (fba for us and fba for them) and still they are winning buy boxes and featured offers.

Not only it's affecting amazon customers end of the day as they are paying more for same products and service. It is affecting us as a seller on amazon because we are losing 95% of the sales at the worst possible time of the year. We prepare all year for this period so we can generate sales, cash flow and so on and all our yearly performance is based around this period. And due to this issues with amazon, we will most likely end up with bankruptcy as we have almost 80,000 units of stock in amazon incurring storage charges, not available for sale and we wont be able to pay our suppliers if these items are stuck due to a bug or any other issue with amazon.

We are losing sales of more than 10k a day. Any help would be appreciated.
