deactivated UK store says i have US account

Hello can please someone help

Stopped selling in march took a break and have come back and my UK store has been deactivated as they are saying i have a US store with the same details.

I have never sold in the US

Spoke to the uk call support said they cant do anything until the US store is active

i have no way of conntacting the US store apart from the appeal and i just get the same email back with in seconds of opening a case so im going round in circles

As we know listings are being removed by the Amazon BOT every day, very often for no reason at all, however this is the best one yet, a computer mouse listed in, Keyboards, Mice & Input Devices >Mice

Today morning a recieved an email from amazon saying i choosed individual entity because i didn’t want to register any buisness to get involved in vat filing and all stuff,now amazon giving a warning notification in my display to change the entity for the verification of my account,its happening right after submitting bank statement for account verification,even i created my account 5 months ago,please someone come up with the solution

Product return almost a year later, amazon has refunded without the item coming back to me

If you open a safe-t claim Amazon will tell you to wait 15 days for the item to be returned and cloase the case. If after 15 days it is not returned, reopen the safe-t claim and they should refund you. To be fair Amazon have refunded me every time an item has not been returned.

Have you done it by flat file or through inventory? I have this issue on all of my listings. Some of them have only 5 bullet points and reducing them to 6 does not help. Addin one extra does not help either.

"After hours of research, I found a solution that worked for me. You can give it a try. I reduced my bullet points from 7 to 6. If you have variations, make sure to edit each one and limit the bullet points to 6. Also, don't forget to edit the parent listing's bullet points to 6 as well."

I have provided all information, I am a UK resident and have been for the last 10 years, my disbursements have been stopped and even tho I keep calling I get no reply whatsoever other than this is with the relevant team and that I should wait. This is having a massive effect on my business, I had been paying suppliers from my own personal money and I am running out of money.

I keep sending messages to the seller support and I am not getting a reply whatsoever, they just close the case as if it was answered without any reply.
