I received a business order for a bookC for which the buyer paid standard postage.

Amazon did not offer the usual standard Royal Mail label (£1.80), the cheapest option offered was for first class post (£3.30). I had no choice but to accept this if I wanted to get the item dispatched.

Can anyone shed any light on this? Any comments much appreciated.

They are probably calling Amazon Customer Support on the phone to get the refund; that's why you don't see a return request or A-to-z. PS If it's food or some other product with an expiry date (cosmetics etc), the customer does not need to return it because it cannot be resold

I have appealed a ATOZ claim, Amazon have said they are withholding the original decision as the i never provided information when they contacted me first time

But i replied to them with the correct information and info of tracking info

you might need to take a closer look at the listing although the brand in the listing is Kingston the top of the page is the kingston store which may be a company selling kingston memory sticks calling the brand the kingston store.

Hope you get it sorted out and amazon have not disposed of your inventory.
