Has anyone else noticed that the sales reports on UK Seller Central are showing exactly twice the actual sales. This started happening yesterday (11 Mar 25)

After 3 sales this morning the actual sales were £286.38, but Amazon is showing them on the dash board metrics as £572.76

Amazon is doubling my sales today.

e.g., sell an item for £10, Amazon counts 2 sales as £20.

All other information points to an Amazon error, not that a buyer has actually purchased x2 of the same product.

Whilst some of these new features may be useful, there are FAR MORE serious and more relevant issues that need to be addressed and sorted out, namely getting rid of the nested replies in the forum - this is the most un-user friendly feature of the whole forum. How many times do we, who actually use the forum, complain about this, raise the problem, yet NOTHING is changed. Surely the forum should be for US, and our views should be considered.

The other big gripe are the emails telling customers their item may be lost and to request a refund. Even if these 2 things were addressed it would be a start.

Amazon Ignoring My Lost Inventory Case – Need Urgent Help!

I’m facing a serious issue with lost inventory, and Amazon has been unresponsive for weeks.

Since February 19, Amazon has been giving me the same automated response that they are "working on my case." Since February 25, they have stopped replying altogether, despite multiple follow-ups.

Whenever I create a new case, they merge it with the old one without providing any update. This delay is causing huge financial losses for my business, and I have no idea what’s happening with my stock.

I kindly request the Amazon team to prioritize my case and provide an update immediately. Sellers should not have to wait indefinitely for their hard-earned inventory or rightful reimbursement. If anyone in the community has faced a similar issue or has any advice on escalating this matter, I would appreciate your insights.

Amazon, please take this case seriously and help resolve it as soon as possible.

Is anyone else experiencing extreme delays at BHX2? I have two shipments that were delivered on 9th Jan 2025, and they’re still not checked in after 45 days! Normally, it takes 4 days, maybe 10 at most, but this is beyond frustrating.

I’ve opened multiple cases with Amazon support, but it’s just the usual copy-paste responses with no real action. It feels like there’s nothing I can do but wait while my inventory is stuck in limbo. Is there a systemic issue at BHX2?

I really can’t afford to wait indefinitely while inventory gathers dust in your warehouse. If Amazon can’t process shipments for over a month, how are sellers supposed to run a business?
