Amazon is doubling my sales today.

e.g., sell an item for £10, Amazon counts 2 sales as £20.

All other information points to an Amazon error, not that a buyer has actually purchased x2 of the same product.

Hi,

Customer orders 2 t shirts 'I Love My Boyfriend' & 'I Love My Girlfriend' t shirts on the 8th february, obviously for valentines day, customer messages saturday night just gone, 4 weeks after the due delivery date saying

I didn't reply to the customer because there clearly trying it on to get a refund, a genuine customer who hadn't recieved the item would of messaged me within a week of the due delivery date not 4+ weeks, its obvious amazon is showing them the item may be lost, A-Z granted today and funds re-imbursed, more money out of my pocket thanks to amazon.

When will this 'YOUR ITEM MAY BE LOST' thing stop!!!?? you said you were chasing it up months back and we've had no update!!! amazon clearly do not give a s*** about this because they still keep the fee's anyway, so it's ok for us sellers to keep suffering whilst you tell all our customers there item may be lost when the postman has not scanned the item upon delivery, why is it very rare that people claim theyve not recieved items on other platforms, yet on amazon its all the time, the numerous threads about this just go to show.

STOP PUSHING TO CUSTOMER THAT THERE ITEM MAY BE LOST

Amazon is basically becoming a hub for scammers and free items.

"Please issue refund in the new card." request

Customer received a returnless refund -(FBM) and complains that their card is no longer valid (Order placed 3 days ago) - Amazon auto refunded - then customer contacts Amazon - who messaged me - telling me to pay to his new card - As a seller we have no control over payments - why would Amazon pass the buck over to me?!! Any advice please?!

I found this by googling ! - but I think different countries have different rules. Do you sell overseas ?

'Organisations that have an annual turnover below £1 million and handle less than 25 tonnes of packaging in a calendar year are non-obligated, and do not need to report any data under EPR.'

Hi

We are a long standing Amazon seller with high performance levels

Amazon received a Counterfeit complaint and immediately closed us down throughout Europe with no prior communication

In this case, we bought the stock directly from the manufacturer, Belkin, facilitated by their distributor, Westcoast in 2018

The invoice evidence was rejected because it was over 12 months old.

We sell mainly computer peripherals and DIY products so a considerable amount of our stock will be bought over 12 months ago was purchased more than 12 months ago

How do we deal with this - we cannot get a more recent invoice since the ASIN has not been re-purchased since 2018

Thanks for any help anyone can give us please

I am trying to find 1099K for UK and/or EU marketplaces for my 2024 sales year

Received 1099K for US marketplace but not for those international marketplace(s)

Amzn used to mail 2 1099K to me for years past but for 2024 I only got 1 for US

Got headache trying to find in in reports, but could not find it

Anyone can help?

Verification Page Frozen [4 MONTHS]

Amazon had told me to change my account from an individual to a business account by making me register a ltd company. I did exactly that and when i went to update the information this page showed up. This was in Late October 2024! It has now been over 4 Months! i have contacted them multiple times and they've still yet to fix it. [Moderator Edit: removed inappropriate commentary], when I ask i want to speak to a supervisor or someone higher up, they say thats not possible. How can Amazon not have a SOP for dealing with an issue that has surpassed 4 months. As this problem persists i cannot pull out my funds of products sold and i had decided to stop selling, good thing i stopped as early as i did as all of those funds cannot be taken out until verification is completed. Has anyone else come across this issue, or have amazon legal counsel contact information. At this point I've got all the emails and calls to show how incompetent amazon is with a bunch on malpractice, and constant lies fed to me that the issue will be resolved by x date. To think a company of this size cant fix a web page bug is a joke. If anyone else has been having this issue get in contact.

Hi

run a search in the forum for this issue, it was very 'popular' at the end of December and the is fix pretty easy, but not something that SS or the mods will help with, in fact they were no help at all.

You will need to check but I think you need to re-enter your bank details as if its a new account (using all the exact same details as are on the account) and submit them. It takes a few hours to get a confirmation that the account is verified then 3 days for you to be able to draw down your money.
