Amazon has had my pending balance in "account level reserve" for over 4 weeks now? Keeps saying £0 to be disbursed and I can't get a straightforward answer from seller support. I have recently downgraded to an individual account after 2 years of FBA. Would this be the reason why? I notice it's asking for VAT status for EU but I have only ever sold in the UK and have never incurred this issue before, it seems to have only started after I downgraded.

If anyone would have any help.

Hi

Just for your information. When we are informed of a loss we register the claim online using Royal Mails claims process. We select postage purchased online and how much we paid for the delivery also provide all the information requested. Upload the relevant document to support the claim such as the retail cost of the product. Most of our claims fall below the £20 so they are dispatched using an untracked service. Most customers receive their order within 2 working days. Usually takes 30 days to process the claim which does not include the 10 working days before you can register the claim.

SFP Not showing Correctly on Listings

Hi,

We are struggling with our delivery days. On our SFP listings it says, and in all the shipping settings, Zero Day Handling (Same Day) and 4pm cut off for 4:30 collection.

So, when we check our ASINS, today for example, Order in the next 17 minutes (matches the 4pm cut off) for Delivery WEDNESDAY 26th? It doesnt matter what we change, it doesnt get any better. It always used to be next day showing, and obviously this now means our sales have fallen off a cliff.

Any ideas why this is and how we can change it? Seller Support - no idea?

deactivated UK store says i have US account

Hello can please someone help

Stopped selling in march took a break and have come back and my UK store has been deactivated as they are saying i have a US store with the same details.

I have never sold in the US

Spoke to the uk call support said they cant do anything until the US store is active

i have no way of conntacting the US store apart from the appeal and i just get the same email back with in seconds of opening a case so im going round in circles

As we know listings are being removed by the Amazon BOT every day, very often for no reason at all, however this is the best one yet, a computer mouse listed in, Keyboards, Mice & Input Devices >Mice

Can someone help me out in this..

Today morning a recieved an email from amazon saying i choosed individual entity because i didn’t want to register any buisness to get involved in vat filing and all stuff,now amazon giving a warning notification in my display to change the entity for the verification of my account,its happening right after submitting bank statement for account verification,even i created my account 5 months ago,please someone come up with the solution

Product return almost a year later, amazon has refunded without the item coming back to me

If you open a safe-t claim Amazon will tell you to wait 15 days for the item to be returned and cloase the case. If after 15 days it is not returned, reopen the safe-t claim and they should refund you. To be fair Amazon have refunded me every time an item has not been returned.
