Hello fellow sellers,

I’m reaching out to the community because we are truly at a loss with Amazon right now, and I’m hoping for advice or support from those who may have experienced something similar.

On 5th September, UPS delivered 2 pallets containing 70 cartons of home textile products to Amazon, confirmed through UPS LOTS. These products were supposed to be delivered into Amazon's warehouse by 7th September, but here we are, and they're still marked as “in transit.”

We’ve been trying to resolve this issue with Amazon’s support team since 14th September, but we’ve only received one reply – one, in all this time. No updates, no explanation, no clear information on what happened to our stock. Our business depends on these products, and every passing day without an answer is putting us at risk. It’s frustrating, it’s stressful, and frankly, it feels like we’re being ignored.

How can we move forward when such a crucial part of our business is just lost in the system with no help from Amazon? We are genuinely worried about the impact this delay will have, and it’s disappointing to be left in the dark like this.

Has anyone been through this? What should we do next? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. We just want to know where our pallets are and why Amazon isn’t responding.

DD+7 Deferred transaction question

Hi,

I have a question about the new DD+7 deferred transactions. We've been changed over on the 12th September and ever since all sales go into the deferred transactions first. The first ones have a payment release date of 23/09/24, which is today, but they're still in deferred transactions and have not been released today.

Has anyone else had the same? Do they get released around the time the sales happened on the day?

DD+7 Query

DD+7 kicked in for me this week.

Had a small balance that as expected went into Account Level Reserve.

Again as expected subscription and postage came out of that balance, but my net proceeds seem to have just disappeared. Was expecting them to go into the reserve.

Is this correct, and they will appear once DD+7 is reached? Or has something broke?

How to escalate a duplicate ASIN issue?

We have an issue where the search results for our products are being flooded by duplicate ASINs of a competing product.

If you search 'tattoo aftercare' there are 26 ASIN's for the exact same product - Elaimei Tattoo Butter:

B0CVXFZGLK, B0C36VLS28, B0BRQBYDBH, B0BKG8TYTJ, B0BRQ8CLW4, B0CHW5FQGQ, B0BRPRL3JX, B0CDFZWNLD, B0D6R6Q9NX, B0DBR644F2, B0BXWJLVJZ, B0BWJNRKW3, B0BWYSJM48, B0C7V1MWTQ, B0BWF341JV, B0D5B8JZY5, B0C9VZVHQZ, B0BXDLJNQ5, B0D4TZBBG9, B0BVM45GLD, B0CQT9LQ1H, B0D8PYKGCM, B0DDPVY2G3, B0CHFCQGXX, B0D91KH45H, B0DCF7P2J6

However the listers have gotten around this by listing the exact same product under different fake brands, often photoshopping the product image to cut the brand out.

These are clearly junk listings, from chinese companies with product images generated by AI with frequent misspellings like 'fast absorbtionifull'

I have reported all the ASINs, via amazon's duplicate listings tool (3 different reports as you can only report 10 at a time), with every complaint being rejected as 'there was no evidence of policy violations.

We're currently considering pulling our products from Amazon, as it doesn't feel like we're competing on a level playing field, when Amazon is so blatantly disregarding their own policy in favour of sales.

Is there anyway to escalate this, since the tools Amazon's own support are telling us to use just tell us there is no problem.

Introduction: We have been selling our own privately branded product on Amazon since 2015, and we are the only authorised seller of our brand. We are also brand registered.

In the run up to Christmas, we are currently running a Prime Exclusive Discount one week at £29.99, and then a 7 Day deal the week after at £27.99.

A few days ago, we noticed an unauthorised seller had won the buy box on our listing at £24.99. As we have done in the past, we logged into Amazon Brand Registry and reported a trademark infringement as the seller was listing a counterfeit product.

Whilst the brand registry report was 'Under Review', the unauthorised seller made a sale at £24.99 (5 items were showing available, and now there was 4).

After a few hours, the brand registry report was 'Accepted' and the unauthorised seller was removed from the ASIN completely.

Today, we logged into Seller Central to find that all of our current and future deals have been suppressed and Amazon are wanting us to match the price of £24.99 as this is now the lowest price in the last 30 days!! Due to already thin margins on this product, we would be at a loss selling for £24.99.

Has anyone dealt with this before, and if so, is there a way to resolve this? We have opened a case with Seller Support but keep getting a generic response advising us to 'Report Abuse' on the listing itself.

Our sales have ground to a halt, and ironically, we have just sent a huge replenishment order to Amazon FBA based on the forecast they emailed us (FBA Replenishment Alert).

Any advice would be greatly appreciated as we are really suffering at this time. Thank you in advance.

When the products are all shipped FBA is it at all reasonable of Amazon to apply a 100% DD+7?

Do Amazon really think there is a risk of 100% product/loss and or defect with their own storage/logistics delivery and if they do how is this the sellers responsibility?

SFP - Suspended but no link to send POA

Evri missed a collection last week and now my Prime badge has been suspended. I forwarded email form Evri Account manager who accepted responsibility to SS, but no response CASE ID 10165788232.

I received an email last night with the title "Suspension from Seller Fulfilled Prime - Performance drop on On-Time Shipment rate - WK 36", however the detail of the email was blank except...

Please respond to this email no later than Thursday, 12-09-2024, 3PM. If responded within this timeframe, we aim to respond to your plan of action within 2 working days."

I responded to this email by sending a copy of the email from the Evri Account Manager. My prime offer had not actually been suspended at this point.

I then received another email this morning stating SFP Prime badge has been suspended (and it has this time). I'm told "Submit a plan of action by clicking the create POA button on the performance dashboard here. " However the email link doesn't work and there is no link on the SFP performance dashboard or in account health".

Does anybody know how i can submit the POA?
